How much does TechZee charge for delivering products?
Our delivery is free nationwide.
Does TechZee ship internationally?
We only deliver in Pakistan. However, for foreign orders shipping charges will be applicable as per location.
How can I track my order from TechZee online?
You can track your order through Our Registered Courier Company Online Tracking facility
Cancellations and Modifications
How do I cancel my order on TechZee?
You can cancel your order by calling us directly on our number 0333-6853888. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery and return it to our Rider.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address.
Returns and Replacement
What is TechZee’s Return and Replacement Policy?
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:
1. The delivered product is different from what was order on the website.
2. A defective/damaged product has been received.
Can I return the product to TechZee if I don’t like it?
You can only return the product if it is faulty.
Why has my return request been declined?
Your return request would have been declined for following reasons:

-Issue not reported within 3 days’ time
